Enhanced Transfer Instructions

Here are the instructions on how to complete an Enhanced Transfer using Avaya's IPagent.

1. When you are ready to transfer your caller, click on the little arrow next to the word "Transfer" and select "Enhanced Transfer"
   
2. In the box that pops up, type in: 918006219974
   
3. Click OK
4. A new window will pop up and you will start to be connected to the "BB Guy" (Best Buy Transfer Menu)
5. As soon as you hear the BB Guy, you can do one of the following to complete the transfer:
   1. Keyboard Method: Type the 3-digit UTC you want to transfer to on your keyboard and then hit Enter (Avaya IPagent must be the active window for this to work).
   2. Using Avaya IPagent itself: Click on the number for the UTC you want to transfer to and then click "OK"
   
   
6. Once you click OK, the call will be released and your caller will be transferred.
