Technical Support

For Technical Support, we ask that you first try to resolve your issue using our Self Help section. The steps listed on this page are the exact same steps that we would go over with you on the phone.

Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm Mountain time): We have added additional staff to help support andidates who need technical assistance with the CD Assessment. If you need Technical Support during these times, please call us at (877)208-8771. Please keep in mind that this is the phone number for Technical Support - we can only answer technical questions.
