Logging Into Workbooth® 3.1

We've created a short video that shows the login process for Workbooth® 3.1. To view it, Click Here.

Login Steps:

  1. Setup your PC to Boot to a CD.
  2. Insert the Workbooth® 3.1 disk into your PC and then restart your PC
  3. When you see the black screen with "Workbooth® 3.1" in white letters, hit [ENTER] on your keyboard
  4. At the Login Screen, enter in your NT Username, your domain and your NT Password
    • US Users: use "ttechcorp" for the domain
    • UK Users: use "emea"
    • Spain Users: use "emea"
    • If you receive the following screen, it means that either your username, password or domain was entered incorrectly. Note: Numlock does not automatically turn on in Workbooth®, for the numbers in your password, use the number keys above the letter keys.
    • Click on the green circle with the white arrow to continue the login process
    • The next screen is called the Project Selection Screen:
      • If there is only one option on the left side, click "Accept" on the right side
      • If there is more than one option of the left side, double-click on the project you want to log into and then click on "Accept" on the right side
    • If you see another Committment Screen, click OK/Accpet on it as well
    • When you see the "VPN Banner", it means you are successfully logged into Workbooth® 3.1

General Usage Instructions for 3.1

Correctly Logging Out of Workbooth®

There are two different ways you can correctly log out of Workbooth®:

  1. Option 1
    • Right-click on a blank area of the desktop
    • Select 'End Session'
    • Click on the Red square icon
    • When the CD tray ejects, remove the Workbooth® CD and then hit [ENTER] on your keyboard
  2. Option 2
    • Click on the orange Home button (lower left)
    • Select 'Logout'
    • Click on the Red square icon
    • When the CD tray ejects, remove the Workbooth® CD and then hit [ENTER] on your keyboard

How To Change the Timezone

Changing the timezone in Workbooth® is easy. Once logged in, do the following:

  1. Click on the Home button (lower left corner)
  2. Select Preferences
  3. Select 'Change Timezone'

The time showing in Workbooth® will then automatically correct.

How To Change the Screen Resolution

To change the screen resolution for Workbooth®, it must be done before you login:

  1. At the Login Screen, do not enter in your credentials, instead, click on the Troubleshooting icon (folder/stethoscope)
  2. On the Main Menu, click on 'User Settings Menu'
  3. Click on 'Change Screen Resolution'
  4. Select the radio button for the desired resolution and then click 'OK'
  5. If the screen resolution changes correctly, click 'Yes' on the message. If it didn't, click 'No' and then redo the steps above and select a different resolution to try (not all resolutions will work).
  6. Once you have the correct resolution set, the User Settings menu returns. Click 'Cancel'.
  7. Click 'Cancel' one more time and you will return to the login screen - go ahead and log in normally now.
